Check out the article in the "Time", (February 25, 2008)by Right on your Money by Dan Kadlec...right on. What is the case Against Waiting to Buy....finance costs will rise and the economy recovers, so trying to time real estate might not pay off....all in the balance and timing. Do we feel trapped?
